When checking out please add all the details required onto the checkout notes to enable me to complete your order. 

Please send me a message or add a note to provide me with the names you would like and which shape charm (Angel, Heart, Paw or Bone) you would like them on in the order they will be on the tree. 

Please let me know what line you would like the Charms on (1st line up to 4 Charms, 2nd line up to 6 Charms, 3rd line up to 6 Charms)

Please check any spellings and capitals are correct. 

Please let me know what you would like written on the banner (eg. Our Family, My Family, The Anderson Family, Grandchildren)

If you would like to add the charms yourself, this is an option, please just let me know and I won't attach them to the 'frame'
