About Me
Hi, I am Carole and I am the founder of CnG Designs.
My story started in 2016 when I started making personalised gifts for family members and they started recommending my products to their friends. I was working full time and through word of mouth started to get busier over seasonal periods.
Throughout the next couple of years I started getting regular orders and expanded the business buying 3 more machines. In March 2021 I grabbed the bull by the horns and left my full time job to focus on the business full time and do what I love.
I run my business out of my workshop in Essex and pride myself on designing and producing quality products.
FAQ
How Long Will It Take To Make My Order?
I design and create each order from start to finish meaning my lead time is 5 - 7 business days. In busier time such as on the run up to Christmas I might have to increase this lead time but I will make this known before you place your order.
How Much Is Postage?
Postage is calculated for each order so please check out the cost calculation in your cart.
For orders over £50 I offer Free Postage.
Do You Accept Returns?
Each product I make is personalised to your requirements therefore I do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or there is an error on my part. This does not affect your statutory right.
How Much Do Your Wedding Products Cost?
Our Wedding Products vary in price and each order will be quoted to your requirements. Please contact us so we can discuss your needs and provide you a quote.
